TANYA KAISER
Picture
Tanya Kaiser is a Cleveland-based experimental artist, curator, and educator working across installation, mixed media, and ceramic sculpture. She holds an MFA in Studio Art from Stony Brook University. Her work examines how systems regulate the body and shape what can be spoken, shown, or believed, with particular attention to censorship, religion, bodily autonomy, and institutional power.

In addition to her studio practice, Kaiser has curated more than 25 exhibitions across gallery, museum, and academic contexts, developing experimental and interdisciplinary projects that connect contemporary art, feminist inquiry, and public programming. She has led exhibitions, artist talks, and public programs that position the gallery as a site for dialogue, critical encounter, and community engagement.

As an educator and arts leader, Kaiser brings experience in curriculum development, interdisciplinary programming, artist support, and organizational leadership across nonprofit, academic, and gallery settings.
